“Chips”

“Chips” are plasma cut 1/8″ Mild Steel or Aluminum blanks that are within a .0125″ tolerance of the original Whelen 900 and 700 Series light openings. All blanks will have properly placed screw holes and utilize the original Whelen gasket.

These replacements will need to be cleaned, primed and painted accordingly. Some “flash rust” may be apparent on some of the mild steel versions.

“140”

“140” is an ABS molded fan housing that utilizes the original Whelen 900 housing opening. This housing has a 140mm 12v fan that allows up to 269.3 m3/h of air flow at a max of @41db.

The opening left from the Whelen 900 light after removal has a max flow rate of 269 m3/h. This calculation creates a perfect harmonic air flow in and out of the opening if the “140” is operating at full capacity. The housing itself can also be adjusted from 2.5″ depth to 3.5″ to accommodate different rig wall thickness. Please measure accordingly.

“Vast”

“Vast” is an answer to allowing a multi-directional LED instal within the original Whelen 900 housing opening, hardware, gasket and wiring.

The flasher control module might have to be bypassed depending on application.

“Vue”

“Vue” allows installation of an aftermarket reverse camera and video based security systems within the original Whelen 900 housing opening, hardware and gasket.

Current base dimensions are 3″x2.5″. Variations of base measurements will be added soon.
